NEW! VIP Check-In at All Ports of Embarkation

Our members love this benefit! Carnival Vacation Club members enjoy a separate VIP check-in booth at all ports of embarkation. The VIP line is designated by a VIP sign and allows for members to check in quickly and efficiently. Please remember to carry your Carnival Vacation Club member card while traveling on Carnival Cruise Lines so that you may identify yourself as a Carnival Vacation Club Member.

Welcome Aboard Letter and Gift

A special welcome aboard letter will be awaiting you in your stateroom on embarkation day every time you sail on a Carnival Cruise Lines' ship. The letter indicates your benefits available onboard and the onboard Groups Coordinator contact number should you need any assistance while you cruise. Members also receive a special welcome aboard gift in their stateroom such as chocolate covered strawberries. It is our way of welcoming our members back and getting your vacation started right!

Priority Shore Excursions¹

We know that shore excursions are an important part of your cruise vacation. Carnival allows you to book your excursions online in advance of your cruise to ensure you secure the best possible excursions before they sell out. This is available at Carnival.com. If the excursion should be sold out contact your Carnival Vacation Club Member Service Center prior to sailing and we will place your name on a Priority waitlist for any sold-out excursion. Members will be the first to be confirmed should a cancellation occur.

Spa Discounts²

The spa is a great way to relax on your vacation. Members enjoy savings of up to 25% off spa services on port days. Discounts are subject to available appointment times while ship is in port. As appointments fill quickly, book your spa reservations at the spa counter early to avoid disappointment.

Priority Dining Room Seating¹

Carnival dining is an experience to remember. Fine dining and memorable entertainment in the dining rooms make each evening special. Members receive priority status for their choice of early or late dining and preferred table locations when the Carnival Vacation Club Member Service Center receives advance notification.

Advance Reservations for Supper Club¹

We know an evening in the Supper Club is a very special experience for our Members and we can help you plan that perfect evening. Members may request reservations a minimum of one week prior to sailing by calling Carnival Vacation Club Member Services. Supper Club is not available on all ships.

Priority Debarkation³

Carnival Cruise Lines has modified their debarkation process to a Zone approach. This means that Carnival Vacation Club Members are able to debark in Zone 1, this is First Priority! Now, Members are able to relax in their staterooms, pack last minute items, and have breakfast at their leisure. Members may debark the ship when Zone 1 is announced or anytime thereafter. The choice is yours!
